CMHC’s new program expanding mortgage insurance for prefabricated and modular homes. If you’re buying a factory-built home, this changes how your purchase gets financed. Most banks don’t know this program exists yet. I do, because I’ve been building these homes for a decade.

CMHC MLI Select

About Jeremy

I’m Jeremy Clarke, a licensed mortgage agent with BRX Mortgage based in the Brighton-Cobourg area of Eastern Ontario. I’m also the founder of Simple Life Group, which includes a construction consultancy, an apparel brand, and now a mortgage practice — built around one idea: the people who finance buildings should understand how buildings actually work.

I spent nearly a decade building and operating a high-performance prefab manufacturing company from the ground up. That experience taught me more about construction financing than any course ever could, because I lived the pain points that builders and developers face every day when trying to get their projects funded.
